On Monday 6 January, the Medical Mavericks team were in school to inspire our pupils into a variety of medical based careers. Pupils used real medical and sports science equipment in order to take part in a range of activities including keyhole surgery, taking blood from an arm, ultrasound, and using a variety of sports equipment to measure their endurance and fitness. The pupils had a very enjoyable day.
